Day off! went shopping around Gainesville. First day of summer?
June 22nd
Cleaned "Triple J" outdoor habitat. George and Jill (brown capuchins) will be happy to return to a clean habitat. The habitat was re-propped so that the monkeys could climb up to their water source easier.
The planned socilazation between Willy the Tamarin and Arie the marmoset didn't happen today. We are planning to start the socialization early in the morning, to avoid the summer heat. I checked an outdoor thermometer this afternoon and it read : 104.
